We are a licensed Microbial Management Company. We have custom-built many generations of Soft Wash equipment over the last ten years. We continue to improve our systems to be more efficient and safe. New downstream technology allows the use of multiple surfactants creating a solution for every surface. Soft Wash uses low pressure and chemically cleans and sanitizes the surface, eliminating the roots and growth of what is actually growing on your building. The solutions are water-based and contain no solvents or acid. The roof solution is specifically designed by shingle manufacturers and will not void your warranty.

The TRC 4-Step Soft Wash Process

1. Property Inspection & Prep
Before we mix any solutions, we carefully inspect the target zones. We take extra care to protect your landscaping, cover external electrical outlets, and ensure all windows are tightly sealed.
2. Gentle Solution Application
Using specialized low-pressure pumps, we apply our eco-friendly cleaning detergents to your home. We let the solution sit for a few minutes to actively break down dirt, webs, and organic growth.
3. Low-Pressure Rinse
Once the organic contaminants are completely neutralized, we rinse the entire surface clean using gentle, low-pressure water streams.
4. Final Quality Walkthrough
We do a meticulous final inspection of your property to ensure every square inch meets TRC standards. We rinse down nearby plants one last time to ensure your landscaping stays completely healthy and undisturbed.
